You can purchase via email (email@example.com), telephone (00 44 7597 880757) or online. When purchasing online you will be asked to pay via PayPal, either through your personal account with Pay Pal, or by selecting to use a credit or debit card. You will recieve an email from PayPal confirming your order.
Please do get in touch with any queries PRIOR to purchasing online. We are here to help and happy to discuss any concerns, options or sizes.
We are equally happy for you to purchase off-line too. If that is more convenient and reassuring, please get in touch.
Alternatively work is available to view and purchase at Byard Art Gallery in Cambridge and during the special shows and fairs listed on the Home page.
If the item ordered is available, we will aim to process your order within 3-5 working days. If the order is urgent please call to enquire availability of next day delivery service. Please note that all the jewellery offered for sale are unique one - off pieces. If one is sold a new will have to be made. Please allow 6-8 weeks.
Your purchase will be beautifully wrapped in bespoke, specially designed jewellery boxes. Rest assured it will be a pleasure to receive!
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail (tracked next day delivery by 1pm) within the UK at £17.50 and Royal Mail International tracked and signed (Europe 3-5 days and the US 5-7 days) at £25.00 for postage and packaging. Please enquire for other worldwide destinations. Other methods of transport can be arranged with express couriers (DHL, FEDEX, etc) at your request and a price will be quoted according to size, weight and destination.
Please note that international delivery is the responsibility of the postal service of that country and that any local taxes, custom duties or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Whilst we very much hope that you are entirely satisfied with your order, we would be happy to offer a refund or exchange within seven working days of receipt of the item, minus any poatage costs. Other refund/exchange periods can be agreed following special a special arrangement. We must be informed by writing via email of your decision to cancel. The client is responsible for returning the item in its original state, packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. We also highly recommend that recorded delivery is used to send the item which must be adequately wrapped to avoid damage or loss.
Items excluded from our refund/exchange policy include:
- Any damaged items in the post due to insufficient postage and packaging
- Commissioned or specially customised pieces
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, unless structurally fault
Care of your product
The purchaser is responsible for the care of the jewellery purchased, so please follow these simple guidelines.
Silver, gold and gems are naturally derived materials and therefore are susceptible to damage from chemicals and abrasion. Some chemicals can cause tarnish and discoloration to the gems. Such chemicals include hairspray, perfume, make-up, body and face lotions as well as household cleaning products.
Please remove the jewellery purchased before using any of the above chemicals and place in the original box. Please wear your jewellery after swimming, bathing, application of any personal cosmetic products and dressing.
Pure materials such as silver and gold, as well as hard stones, such as diamonds and rubies, can be worn on a daily basis. All other jewellery items (plated, oxidised, other softer stones) become occasional jewellery and attention must be paid not to be immersed in any liquid other than water, or polished or cleaned with any abrasive materials. Any gold plated or oxidised items, as well as "soft" stones are not appropriate for everyday wear, as the plating will wear off. Any matt or sandblasted metals will eventually become more shiny with time and wear.

A bespoke or customised order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order.
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatching.
For bespoke and customised orders we require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before production can begin. At this point you will be committed to purchase. The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer.
